Features

The villa is air conditioned and luxuriously furnished throughout and comprises:
	Large airy sitting room with vaulted ceiling. Has digital cable TV, DVD, Hi-fi and IPOD dock/speakers and has the additional benefit of a ceiling fan. There are a number of games, books, CD's and DVD's for our guests to enjoy.
	There is a heated pool which is screened and set in a fenced garden. The pool area is furnished with a table (with parasol), chairs and sun loungers. The pool area has lighting for use in the evenings.
	There is a separate dining area which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwaher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All crockery, cutlery and utensils, are provided for both the dining area and pool area. The Kitchen also has its own breakfast seating area.
	There are 3 bedrooms:
	King size with Cable TV and DVD, a ceiling fan, en suite shower room and large walk in wardrobe.
	Queen size with Cable TV, DVD and ceiling fan.
	Kids room with 2 single beds, Cable TV and Playstation 2
	In addition to the en suite shower room, there is a family bathroom, including a full size bath and overhead shower.
	There are full laundry facilities situated in the garage (which is directly accessible from the Kitchen) including a large washing machine, separate dryer, iron, ironing board and airer. We also provide free high speed wireless internet access (your own laptop required), free local and long distance calls (excludes international), all linen, bath towels, pool towels, hair dryers, cot/crib, highchair, kids step stool, pushchairs/strollers, rain ponchos and a safe.
